Kawaii Space Dress

A finished project made using fabrics from previous postings- Pink & White Grid and Silver Dots! So cool, so happy to preserve some vintage polyester!

I'll admit, this dress was somewhat inspired by the hosts of Takeshi's Castle... and their crazy shoulders!

Silver Dots

Very cool double knit polyester- white background with silver metallic weave. A little something I was gifted with, in fall 09. Very small yardage and scrap pieces.

Stoked about this one that I found at a thrift store. Summer 2009. Made from a soft cotton knit.

Pink & White Grid

An interesting nubby polyester, indeed. Many thanks to Kimberlee at Deco Modiste Clothing for gifting me this fabric in fall 2009 ^_^. I'm making a very cool semi-futuristic dress out of it and will show it off in a few days when I am finished.
